Site Description:
Southeast corner of the New London Dredged Material Disposal Site, 23 meters (75 ft) deep
Water Quality Sensors:
A surface YSI 6600 sonde with water temperature, conductivity (salinity), and dissolved oxygen at approximately 1 meter depth transmits data every 15 minutes.
Meteorological Sensors:
Wind speed and direction, barometric pressure, relative humidity, air temperature from R.M. Young Co.
Anemometer height is 3.5 meters above the water surface. Weather data is transmitted every 15 minutes.
